Community Resources

community resource fair (1)The Anthem Community Resources Fair will feature nonprofits and other groups that provide individuals or families with basic life needs, life enhancement services, and other assistance.

Attendees of the Anthem Community Resources Fair will have more knowledge about where to find answers to unusual questions or situations. They will know who to contact for the good, the bad, and the unexpected in their life and home life.

Nonprofit organizations, groups, or agencies are encouraged to be part of the fair. It’s a way to showcase your vested interest in the Anthem community and find others who share your passion to be in the community.

Network of Anthem Area Assistance Providers (NAAAP)
The Network of Anthem Area Assistance Providers (NAAAP) is a growing collaborative effort among Non-Profit and/or Charitable organizations. Together we work with over 500 volunteers in making available resources known.

Anthem Giving Circle
Anthem Giving Circle (AGC) is a group of women who pool their time, talents, and resources in order to have a direct impact on the local community. Funds raised from our annual Purses for a Purpose event allow AGC to focus on assisting families in need by helping to pay for medical expenses, rent, or other bills. We support the local elementary and secondary schools by providing gift cards as well as sponsoring scholarships for high school seniors. Each year, AGC collects hundreds of bras to be given to the women’s shelter. The members of Anthem Giving Circle enjoy working together to serve others!

St. Vincent de Paul, Anthem
The St. Vincent de Paul Conference at St. Rose assists in reviewing and vetting requests for assistance for their partners. They provide emergency food and financial assistance to individuals and families in crisis situations. Their service area includes Anthem, New River, Desert Hills, and the area north of the Carefree Highway.

St. Vincent de Paul, Phoenix
St Vincent de Paul, Watkins Campus, in Phoenix is the organization’s largest facility in the USA. They provide many services including medical and dental, showers and clothing, as well as serve 4300 meals per day at five locations in the Phoenix area. Anthem Giving Circle members provide volunteer hours and clothing resources including our annual “Fill The Cup” bra donation event.

Foothills Food Bank
The AGC supports the Foothills Food Bank in Black Canyon City which assists working poor families in the New River, Tramonto, Anthem, and Black Canyon City area with food, resource advocacy, mentorship and financial aid.
