Anthem Community Council (ACC) Board Director John Balzer, representing the Village at Anthem Condominium Council of Co-owners (VACCC), has submitted his resignation effective June 28, 2019, due to the sale of his condominium. The ACC Board is charged with appointing a qualified person to fill his seat through the end of Director Balzer’s term, April 2021. The appointed Director may then choose to run for a full three-year term in the 2021 election.
The ACC invites qualified applicants to submit a Statement of Interest.
Those interested must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age;
- Must be an owner of a unit in the VACCC or a person residing in a unit with the owner, who has the written consent of the owner to serve as a Director; and
- Must be in good standing, current on both the ACC and VACCC assessments with no current violations of the governing documents.
VACCC residents who submit a Statement of Interest form, and who meet the qualifications to serve as an ACC Director, will be contacted and invited to interview with the Board at a date to be determined. Once appointed, the new Director will go through an orientation process and be seated at a future ACC Board meeting.
