Each spring, the Anthem Community Council (ACC) and HOAs elect new members to their Boards of Directors. Anthem Country Club Community Association (ACCCA) and Anthem Parkside Community Association (APCA) both had two open seats on their Boards; elected directors serve two-year terms. The ACC had two open seats on its Board; one each representing the residents of the Anthem ACCCA and APCA. The Village HOA had five open seats on its Board.
Darrin Francom (incumbent) ran unopposed for his seat on the ACC Board, representing Parkside residents; he retained his seat. Carolynn Hiron was elected to the seat being vacated in April by Rick Kesselman, representing Country Club residents.
Tim Fyke retained his seat, and Brad Sundquist was elected to the Board for APCA. Steve Champion and Henry Barrie were elected to open seats on the ACCCA Board. The new Village Board includes Gina Richard, Kathleen Shemanek, Lisa Purcell, Steve Neuman and Ron McGraw.
The Boards will be seated and new officers elected at the April Board meeting (except Village, which takes place in June). The ACC and HOAs thank all residents who participated as candidates, and those who voted in the election. Board meeting schedules can be found online in the Community Calendar.
