2023 Annual Meeting of the Member

The 2023 Annual Meeting of the Members will be held on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 in the large community room at the Anthem Civic Building located at 3701 W. Anthem Way, Anthem, AZ 85086. The annual meeting sign-in will begin at 5:45pm and the meeting will commence at 6:00pm.

The Board will also meet in executive closed session and open session starting with Closed Executive session at 5:15pm at the civic building.

If you are not planning on attending the annual meeting and have not returned your ballot, please reach out to your community manager Summer Cole at summer.cole@brownmanagement.com to obtain a ballot to email or mail in.

about the village

The Village is a gated community with 210 condominium units. The Village at Anthem Condominium Council of Co-owners (VACCC) is managed by Brown Community Management and directed by a volunteer Board.

The VACCC enforces all governing documents, policies and Design Guidelines within the Village community. Contact Brown Community Management at 480-539-1396 if you have questions.

In additional to the amenities available to all Anthem residents, Village residents have access to private amenities within the gate. There is a pool area with pool, spa and a community grill, as well as a fitness center.
