notice to residents

Dear Members,

As we enter 2024, Brown Community Management, Inc. and your volunteer Board of Directors would like to welcome those new to Village at Anthem and thank those who continue to make our community one of the best in the Valley.

It has become apparent that the Board of Directors must increase the current assessment rate for 2024. The new assessment rate will help to address maintenance needs, bolster the operating account, and allow for additional reserve account funding when needed.

The new quarterly assessment rate for 2024 will be $1050.00. Statements and payments will continue to be handled by Anthem Community Council. You will receive a separate billing mailer from them.

If you have any questions concerning the budget or assessment rate, please contact Brown Community Management at 480-539-1396. For questions about your statement or how to pay please contact the Anthem Community Council directly.

Sincerely yours,
Board of Directors for Village at Anthem Condominium Council of Co-Owners

Hello Residents,

Over the next few weeks there will be flags placed throughout the community as markers for upcoming plant replenishment. The markers will be removed as the plants are planted and we ask that you do not tamper with them in the meantime.

Please reach out to management directly with any questions. micalah.williams@brownmangement.com

Thank you.

notice to residents

Hello Residents,
Please only use the "emergency shut-off" switch at the spa for emergencies.  In an event of electric shock, drowning, fire, or other emergency, the stop button/ switch will immediately disconnect power from the main supply.

We have had an increase in residents turning off the spa using this switch, which is causing an increase in maintenance calls and causing the spa to not function correctly.

Thank you.

Hello Residents,

At the last Board meeting, the topic of smoke detector replacement was brought up. While it is an owner expense, the Board asked management to reach out to a licensed general contractor to obtain pricing.

Sonoran Sky Contracting will install smoke detectors for $70 per unit; add $15 per smoke detector if you would like Sonoran Sky to provide the smoke detector as well.

You can reach Sonoran Sky via email at projects@sonoranskycontracting.com, Please reference quote 4722 and whether you already have the replacement smoke detector.

Thank you.
