The Parkside community manages 7,229 homes for nearly 20,000 residents, inclusive of the newly built Circle Mountain neighborhood. The Anthem Parkside Community Association (APCA) is managed by Associated Asset Management (AAM) and directed by a volunteer Board. The APCA owns and manages:
- Neighborhood parks;
- All Parkside neighborhoods including Paseo, The Landing and Arroyo Grande; and
- Common areas throughout the Parkside community.
The APCA enforces all governing documents, policies and Design Guidelines within the Parkside community. Staff can be reached at 623-742-4563 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Smaller parks in the community are called neighborhood parks. These are managed and maintained by Parkside. Each park is available to adopt. Contact the Community Manager if you are interested in the Adopt-A-Park program. Applications are available in the Document Center.
The Paseo neighborhood is the only area in Parkside where the homeowner landscaping is overseen by the Anthem Community Council. Access the APCA Document Center for Paseo Documents.
The Landing is a small, gated neighborhood in the Parkside community. Contact staff for gate entry information at 623-742-4563.
Arroyo Grande is the only neighborhood in the Parkside community that allows an RV to be stored behind your gate. This neighborhood also permits detached garages. Contact staff with any questions at 623-742-4563.
