Architectural Review Committee
The mission of the Parkside Architectural Review Committee is to uphold the architectural integrity of the community in accordance with the Community Residential Design Guidelines by utilizing a philosophy that creates and ensures that our community contributes positively and harmoniously to the surrounding Sonoran Desert Area.
Financial Advisory Committee
The mission of the Committee is to review and monitor Parkside financial information to insure the Association operates in fiscally responsible manner. In this capacity the Committee reports to the Board of Directors. The Committee advises, and acts as a resource to the Board, on subjects such as budgets, revenues, expenses, income, investments, and contracts.
Neighborhood Parks Committee
Formerly known as Parkside Oversight and Improvement Committee, the Neighborhood Parks Committee will be responsible for monitoring the general condition and appearance of all Parkside Common areas, including pocket parks, and for reporting concerns and recommendations to designated Parkside employees or the Parkside Board as appropriate.
Parkside Policy Committee
The purpose of the Parkside Policy Committee is to provide policy development and implementation recommendations to the Board, as well as assist the Board and other standing committees in implementing policy decisions.
