In information mailed to Anthem homeowners in November, the Anthem Community Council (ACC) released the 2018 Operating Budget, with no increase in ACC assessments.
However, the Anthem Country Club Community Association (ACCCA) and The Village at Anthem Condominium Council of Co-owners’ (VACCC) HOA assessments will increase, per their respective Boards of Directors, which affects the total quarterly assessment amount for homeowners in these two HOAs.

Check or online payments
Homeowners in ACCCA and VACCC who pay by check or online must update their payment amount. Access the “Pay Assessments” page now.
Payment coupon and mailing payments
If you are mailing in your payment, please remember to include the payment coupon from the bottom of your assessment statement. If you lose your coupon, write your account number on your check and mail it to:

Direct debit (ACH) payment program
If you are enrolled in the direct debit program, the ACC will automatically update your payment amount (if you live in ACCCA or VACCC; otherwise, it will stay the same). Email AR@anthemcouncil.com or download a direct debit form.
