The Arizona Corporation Commission's Administrative Law Judge in the wastewater rate case has suspended evidentiary hearings until Thursday, Nov. 20 to give all parties involved the opportunity to consider and discuss a possible settlement agreement.

The Director of the Residential Utilities Consumer Office (RUCO), Pat Quinn, proposed a compromise offer at the hearing late last week.

The meeting will be held at the Anthem Civic Building beginning at 6:30 p.m.
