MCDOT work will affect Anthem's major streets

Date Modified: Wed, 03/15/2017 - 4:38pm

The Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) will perform street maintenance on Anthem Way, Daisy Mountain Drive and Gavilan Peak Parkway March 13-April 4.*

The project will involve striping being removed, microsurfacing and microsealing the streets and re-striping. This work should prevent major maintenance needs for up to five years.

Please view the schedule for details. During work, lane access may be reduced. Work is scheduled to place during the weekdays only, and will not interfere with major events in the community, such as the Daisy Mountain half-marathon/Emma's Run or Anthem Days.

Streets on the east side of I-17, with the exception of within Anthem Country Club Community Association, are owned and maintained by MCDOT. On the west side, they are owned and maintained by the City of Phoenix.
