Anthem Circle Mountain, the newest Anthem neighborhood and part of the planned Lennar Development located north of the Daisy Mountain Post Office, has experienced delays in construction of the model homes due to winter rains, according to Lennar spokesperson Martha Moyer Wagoner of Master Planned Communications.
Home sales were originally scheduled to begin at the start of the second quarter 2017, but the builder now anticipates a grand opening sometime in June. Lennar plans to offer five floorplans, including the Barbaro, Lewis NextGen, Cortes, Columba and the Liberty NextGen. Single- and two-story homes will range in size from approximately 1,800 to more than 2,800 square feet.
Pulte, who will build 77 of the 202-unit single family homes, will have two model options and is on target for their Grand Opening the first part of May, according to Cindy Coates of the Pulte Group. Details on the models will be available on Pulte’s website soon. Additional information will be released as the date of the Grand Opening gets closer.
Anthem Circle Mountain will have some small neighborhood parks, and its homeowners will be members of the Anthem Parkside Community Association, with access to the Anthem Community Center and its amenities.
