Construction is well underway on The Enclave at Anthem Senior Living, a new senior living community in Anthem offering "luxury senior living options at an affordable price," including flexible month-to-month leasing programs.
Slated to open in summer, 2017, The Enclave is a project of Spectrum Retirement Communities, a Denver-based company recently ranked among the top 10 senior housing operators in the United States. The 160,000-square-foot community is located near Anthem Community Park in the new, highly desirable North Black Canyon Corridor. A full range of living options will be available, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Transitional Memory Care and Memory Care.

The two-story community will offer 159 well-appointed residences, ranging in size from studio apartments to two-bedroom units. Residents can choose Independent Living, Assisted Living or Memory Care options, all planned to maximize health, independence, security and peace of mind, with first-class services including a variety of innovative activities, chef-prepared dining, Colors of Spectrum wellness programs and entertainment activities run by the community’s Director of Fun. The community also will offer Spectrum’s unique Transitional Memory Care program, which supports seniors with mild cognitive impairment, while still offering a high level of independence.
The Enclave is Spectrum’s fourth community in Arizona. The highly regarded company develops, owns and operates senior living communities throughout the U.S.
