The restroom building next to Adventure Playground is closed for emergency water line repairs. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Resident Issues and FAQs

Because Anthem is an unincorporated community, the Anthem Community Council (ACC) does not manage public services in the same manner that a city would. Below is a list of contacts provided for issues you might be experiencing, and we encourage you to contact these entities directly.

Issue/Concern

404 Washes

Washes are monitored and regulated by the federal government and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Arizona Regulatory Branch. Maintenance is limited to the authorized removal of man-made debris, noxious weeds and invasive plants, such as Desert Broom and Saltcedar. The ACC maintains the trails inside wash areas, up to three feet on either side of the trail. In the event of flooding, which causes movement of rocks, dirt and silt across the trails, the ACC will coordinate repairs immediately for safety reasons.
