The Community Center houses a fully equipped fitness center, complete with free weights, circuit machines, cardio machines, group exercise classes, and several extra fitness programs. There are opportunities to work with a personal trainer and participate in a variety of programs focused on health.
The Anthem Civic Building is the site for quiet Mind & Body classes, such as Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates. Classes are on the same drop-in fee structure as those in the Community Center, unless marked with an asterisk. Asterisked classes require fees and registration based on the current Activity Guide.
Drop-in Classes and Punch Cards
Drop-in class fee for residents $5 (Guests must be accompanied by resident for entire class. Guest fee, $7, does not include class fee).

- Unlimited monthly group fitness: $49
Punch Cards are available at the ACC Community Center and Anthem Civic Building. An active membership must be in place and in good standing to participate in drop-in classes.
30-day Lean and Fit
A 45-minute health assessment with a Nutritional Health Coach helps residents establish goals. Evaluate your current food intake, fitness schedule, guidelines to losing weight, food limitations, safe weight loss, essential healthy fat ranges, guidance on food preparation options and dealing with deviations. A customized meal plan, scale measurements (weight, BMI, fat %, muscle %, metabolic age, and visceral fat), plus weekly coaching sessions are included. By appointment. $198.
