Our busy law firm is seeking a reliable, trustworthy and dependable team player to join our team. The person to fill this position will possess a strong attention to detail and a very friendly, outgoing demeanor. Potential candidates must be detail oriented, have great phone skills, be willing to work and have reliable transportation, learn at a fast pace, type and use computer programs and be able to take direction.

Daily duties include but are not limited to: answering telephone, scheduling and organizing the calendar, checking clients in/out, creating new files, data entry, greeting visitors and other basic clerical duties. Social networking skills are a plus.

All applicants must live within a 20 mile radius of Anthem. Submit a resume, via email, with current address to be considered. No phone calls. Must be available Monday – Thursday 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Friday 8:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Payrate is $10-$12.
