Anthem Civic Building Room Fees & Reservations

The Civic Building is a multi-purpose building intended to encourage and inspire social, cultural, civic, and educational interaction. As a result, there are room rental opportunities to fit every need (i.e. weddings, parties, memorial services, banquets). The Arts and Crafts and Game rooms and the Terrace are available for non-exclusive drop-in use when not being rented. The Business Center and Mind Body Studio fitness rooms are not available for rentals.

Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis and will be confirmed upon submittal of completed Rental Request Packet, full payment of fees and approval by the meeting and program manager. Events of a larger scale or attendance might be classified as special events and require a refundable damage deposit and could require security to be present.

With questions or for more information, contact 623-742-6000.

Room rates are based on the reserved time. All set up and tear down must fall within the rented time. Furniture availability varies with building use and scheduled events. Reservations are available during normal hours of operation, unless otherwise noted. Availability is not guaranteed with submittal of form, only upon confirmation from the meeting and program manager. A two-hour minimum is required.
