The Anthem Country Club Community Association (ACCCA) Board of Directors (Board) consists of five (5) members serving two-year staggered terms. Elections are held annually and all ACCCA homeowners are eligible to cast either an electronic or paper ballot.

    Liaison to the Lifestyle Enhancement Committee
    Term ends April 2017; eligible to run twice more.
  • Nirmal Manerikar, Vice President
    Liaison to the Policy Committee
    Term ends April 2018; eligible to run twice more.
  • Barbara Birdseye, Secretary
    Liaison to the Gates, Property and Patrol Committee
    Term ends April 2018; eligible to run twice more.
  • Joy Lovell, Treasurer
    Liaison to the Finance Committee
    Term ends April 2017; eligible to run twice more.
  • Carl Benner, Director
    Term ends April 2018; eligible to run thrice more.

Regular Board meetings are held quarterly (January, April, July and October), usually on the fourth Thursday of the month, at 6:30 p.m. at the Anthem Civic Building. Meetings are open to all residents; attendance at all meetings is encouraged. To communicate with the Board, please send inquiries to board@acccaboard.com.
